Start your morning with a calming, all-levels yoga session surrounded by flowers and fresh air. Enter a state of deep relaxation during a sound bath experience leaving you feeling centered and refreshed. Create and take home a custom essential oil. Finally, wander through our vibrant fields and hand-pick your own bouquet to take home.
Please bring your own yoga mat. We also suggest bringing a small pillow to enhance the sound bath experience.
