Our hens free-range daily, are fed organically, and are incredibly happy. Farm eggs like ours may contain up to 20 times more omega-3 fatty acids, 75% more beta carotene, 25% more vitamin E and vitamins A and D, and have less cholesterol and saturated fat than store-bought eggs.
